Product features
As the anode material of lithium battery, Si nano-system is characterized by high purity, high sphericity, good dispersion, good electrochemical performance, strong bearing capacity, small particle size, uniform distribution, large specific surface area, high surface activity, low bulk density and good activity.
Application field
1. The nano-silicon wire made of nano-silicon is used in the cathode material of rechargeable lithium battery, or graphite is coated on the surface of nano-silicon to be used as the cathode material of rechargeable lithium battery, which increases the capacitance of rechargeable lithium battery by more than three times and the number of charge-discharge cycles;
2. Nano-silicon is used in high-temperature resistant coatings and refractories;
3. Nano-silicon can be applied to coatings to form silicon nano-film, which is widely applied to solar energy;
4. Nano-silicon and diamond are mixed under high pressure to form silicon carbide-diamond composite material, which is used as cutting tool.
5. It is the raw material for manufacturing semiconductor silicon devices, and is used for manufacturing high-power rectifiers, high-power transistors, diodes, switching devices, semiconductor discrete devices, power devices, integrated circuits and epitaxial substrates.
6. It is used for making transistors, rectifiers and solar cells, as well as high silicon cast iron, silicon steel, various organic silicon compounds, etc.
7. It is an extremely important semiconductor material for making alloys, organosilicon compounds, etc.
Packaging and storage
This product is packed in barrels or vacuum bags with inert gas anti-static bags by default. The experimental quantity can be packed in inert gas cylinders. They should not be exposed to the air for a long time to prevent moisture from gathering and affecting the dispersion performance and use effect.
